Son & Estate

My oldest has stopped contacting me. Almost 1.5yrs, he's in his second marriage, has two children.
I'm also asking for prayer for selling a home. It was my mother's. I need to sell asap, cover bills, lawyer fees, and estate fees. Been lowered so low. Prayers for these things appreciated.
