Financial and cure from disease

I have a piece of land for sale but no sales happening since a long time. I have no idea why it is getting delayed since the land is excellent. I am an old man and I am finding it difficult to make both ends meet. Moreover, my loved one is sick and we lost all peace of mind. Only God can save us.
